Vancouver, BC, November 25, 2016 – Parallel Mining Corp. (the “Company”) (TSX‑V: PAL) announces with great sadness that Mr. Len Davies, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, has passed away. Mr. Davies joined Parallel’s Board in October 2011 as an independent director. Mr. Davies’ contributions to the Company were greatly valued by the Board.
